Position Title:  Director of Administration

Employee Classification: Full Time (40 Hours/Week), Exempt

Reports To: Harry H. Hawkins, III, Executive Vice President

Salary: $41,600

The Director of Administration is responsible for maintaining an efficient and organized office environment in a responsive and innovative workplace. This position will be required to handle basic office duties, manage and oversee volunteer staff, and handle multiple projects.

 

I. Office Operations (35%)

  • Manages bills, receipts, reimbursements, and other program paperwork
  • Monitors organization email addresses
  • Liaison to the Fountain of Life office staff
  • Maintains proper office procedures for information, donations, and access to the office

II. Executive Leadership Team Support (35%)

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the Executive VP and VP of Research and Education
  • Assists in preparing/assembling reports for Board Meetings
  • Assists in audit preparation and retrieving files as needed during audits
  • General support for Executive Team initiatives and projects

 

III. Administration Volunteer Management (25%)

  • Manage the Administrative Team of volunteers (the “A” Team)
  • Oversees the training and supervision of new administrative volunteers
  • Oversees “A” Team projects

IV. Human Resource Services (5%)

  • Handles onboarding new employees, ensuring new hire paperwork is filled out properly
  • Ensures new hires receives information about benefits, and the cultural and company handbooks
