Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Employee Classification: Full Time (40 Hours/Week), Nonexempt
Reports To: Executive Vice President
POSITION SUMMARY
- Administrative assistance
- Check phone messages and email
- Return calls and emails as appropriate
- Assist with Director scheduling
- Regular meetings with supervisor
- Assist with details that will facilitate programs – i.e. food, transportation, reservations
- Nehemiah Staff
- Submit monthly Nehemiah reports
- Attend Nehemiah staff functions, as appropriate
- Participate in various meetings as needed
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills
- Adept in using Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work under a supervisor’s direction
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Work experience in a related job and/or a college degree
