Position Title:  Administrative Assistant                                                                                                                                                                

Employee Classification: Full Time (40 Hours/Week), Nonexempt

Reports To: Executive Vice President


  • Administrative assistance
    • Check phone messages and email
    • Return calls and emails as appropriate
    • Assist with Director scheduling
    • Regular meetings with supervisor
    • Assist with details that will facilitate programs – i.e. food, transportation, reservations


  • Nehemiah Staff
    • Submit monthly Nehemiah reports
    • Attend Nehemiah staff functions, as appropriate
    • Participate in various meetings as needed




  • Strong administrative skills
  • Adept in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work under a supervisor’s direction
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Work experience in a related job and/or a college degree
